📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate clinical trial operations in accordance with protocols, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

• Direct clinical trial monitoring efforts that demand technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Evaluate clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory mandates, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Perform site visits to gauge site performance, address issues, and support effective trial execution.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture relationships with site staff and stakeholders to ensure efficient trial operations.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a pertinent scientific field or healthcare-related discipline.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial procedures and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated capability to manage various sites and projects concurrently.

• Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving aptitude.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site oversight.

• Familiarity with relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to influence and ensure compliance within a complex environment.

• Readiness to travel as needed (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
