Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate clinical trial activities in line with the protocol, regulatory demands, and industry standards.

• Lead clinical trial monitoring efforts that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Evaluate clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

• Conduct site visits to gauge site performance, address issues, and support the effective execution of trials.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with site staff and stakeholders to ensure seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a solid grasp of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• At least 2 years of experience with Oncology protocols.

• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple sites and projects concurrently, with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• In-depth knowledge of monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management.

• Proficient in relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 60%).

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Located in Buenos Aires.
