This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Supervise and manage clinical trial operations in accordance with protocols, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

• Direct clinical trial monitoring activities that demand technical expertise, emphasizing quality assurance and ongoing enhancement.

• Oversee clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory demands, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate effective trial implementation.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to guarantee prompt and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and fellow Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with site staff and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial protocols and regulatory frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple sites and projects concurrently, complemented by strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring methodologies, data integrity, and site management, along with familiarity with pertinent clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence and enforce compliance within a complex setting.

• Openness to travel as necessary (around 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
