📋 Description

• Oversee and manage clinical trial operations in accordance with protocols, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

• Lead monitoring activities for clinical trials that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing improvement.

• Ensure clinical trial sites comply with study protocols, regulatory mandates, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address challenges, and support effective trial execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data gathering and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Foster and sustain relationships with site staff and stakeholders to ensure seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or in a healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and projects efficiently, with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, along with proficiency in applicable clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence and ensure compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
