Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate clinical trial activities in accordance with protocols, regulatory standards, and industry guidelines.

• Direct clinical trial monitoring efforts that demand technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Evaluate clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Perform site visits to assess site performance, address challenges, and support effective trial execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and fellow Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture relationships with site staff and stakeholders to ensure efficient trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory guidelines.

• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple sites and projects concurrently, coupled with robust organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, along with expertise in relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence and ensure compliance within a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
