📋 Description

• Operate within a sponsor-dedicated framework to support Dermatology & Rare Disease clinical trials

• Identify, select, initiate, and complete the close-out of investigational sites for phase II–IV studies

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines

• Independently set up and monitor studies in a proactive manner

• Prepare reports and maintain necessary documentation

• Submit protocols and consent forms for ethics/IRB approval

• Prepare regulatory submissions

• Address sponsor-generated inquiries

• Take charge of ensuring cost efficiency in studies

• Prepare and review study documentation as well as feasibility assessments for new proposals

• Potentially assist in the training and mentoring of fellow Clinical Research Associates (CRAs)

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 18 months of monitoring experience in phase I-III trials as a CRA

• A college degree in medicine, science, or a related field

• Prior monitoring experience with medium-sized studies, including study initiation and close-out

• Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and the ability to review and assess medical data

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both German and English

• Capability to work under tight deadlines

• Willingness to travel at least 60% of the time, both domestically and internationally

• A valid driving license

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located
