This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison between investigational sites and the sponsor

• Perform various site visits, such as selection, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out

• Ensure that sites comply with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and applicable regulations

• Keep documentation current in CTMS and eTMF systems

• Assist in tracking site staff training and maintain compliance records

• Oversee patient safety, ensuring prompt and accurate reporting of AE/SAE/PQC

• Support recruitment and retention efforts for subjects at the site level

• Manage drug accountability and ensure proper storage, return, or destruction

• Address data queries and ensure timely, high-quality data entry

• Record site progress and report risks or issues to the clinical team

• Help track site budgets and ensure timely payments to sites (where applicable)

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including CTAs, LTMs, and CTMs


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent, or qualification as a Registered Nurse

• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

• A clinical research professional with over 3 years of on-site monitoring experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO sector

• Experience in monitoring Oncology (such as Prostate Cancer and Lung Cancer) and/or Hematology Oncology trials

• Knowledgeable in ICH-GCP, local regulatory requirements, and clinical systems including CTMS and eTMF

• Excellent communicator, problem-solver, and a collaborative team player

• Willing and able to travel up to 50% for on-site monitoring visits within the West region; preference is given to candidates based in Los Angeles, Phoenix, Seattle, Denver, or Portland, near major HUB airports to facilitate efficient regional travel
