📋 Description

• Supervise and manage clinical trial operations in line with protocol, regulatory standards, and industry guidelines.

• Lead monitoring activities for clinical trials that demand technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Ensure clinical trial sites comply with study protocols, regulatory protocols, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards through diligent monitoring.

• Conduct site visits to evaluate performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure effective trial execution.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data gathering and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Develop and sustain relationships with site staff and stakeholders to ensure seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a robust understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple sites and projects concurrently, exhibiting strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, along with expertise in pertinent clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence and ensure compliance within a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
