Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Conduct both on-site and remote monitoring visits for Pre-Study, Initiation, Interim, and Close-Out phases.

• Ensure that investigational facilities and personnel are adequately equipped for the conduct of the study.

• Identify investigators and confirm their qualifications, resources, facilities, equipment, and staff capabilities.

• Provide training to investigational site personnel as needed.

• Assist in the preparation of regulatory and/or Ethics Committee submissions when required.

• Mentor and train newly appointed staff members.

• Carry out co-monitoring visits to evaluate the performance of junior staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• A College or University degree in Life Sciences or a relevant combination of education, training, and experience.

• Significant experience in on-site monitoring for phase 2/3 clinical trials.

• Preferably, experience with complex clinical trials in oncology or rare diseases.

• Full working proficiency in English is required.

• Strong ability to plan, multitask, and thrive in a dynamic team environment.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
