This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide support to clinical trial sites from the initiation phase through to closeout.

• Ensure that studies adhere to protocols, regulatory standards, and company policies.

• Conduct visits for site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout.

• Offer training and assistance to investigators, study coordinators, and site personnel.

• Oversee compliance with protocols, maintain data quality, and ensure Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards are met.

• Review source documents and verify the accuracy and completeness of clinical study data.

• Confirm that only eligible participants are enrolled in the studies.

• Manage and uphold study and regulatory documentation.

• Monitor the accountability and inventory of investigational products.

• Review adverse event reports for accuracy and compliance with regulations.

• Evaluate site performance, focusing on patient recruitment and retention strategies.

• Prepare monitoring reports and effectively communicate findings, risks, and necessary corrective actions.

• Foster relationships with clinical research sites and internal stakeholders.

• Enhance knowledge of relevant clinical research regulations and various study types.

• Report directly to the Clinical Manager and collaborate with Clinical Project Teams and Operations leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or clinical research preferred, or a suitable combination of education and work experience.

• A minimum of 1 year of clinical research experience is essential.

• Highly detail-oriented with effective time management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and presentation abilities.

• Capability to work collaboratively with others.

• Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently.

• Competent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40% (also noted as 50% in the posting metadata).
