Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for managing specific clinical studies, from the selection of sites through the conduct of the study to its closure.

• Collaborate closely with local CRA colleagues across various study teams.

• Engage in proactive planning to ensure timely completion of projects.

• Manage a designated portfolio of investigational sites.

• Oversee collaboration with partners and regulatory bodies.

• Supervise overall site management in conjunction with local CRA colleagues.

• Ensure adherence to all internal and external requirements.

• Guarantee that investigational sites are prepared for inspections.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in a health-related discipline (e.g., medicine, life sciences, or pharmacy).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in on-site and remote monitoring of Phase 1–4 clinical studies.

• Comprehensive understanding of applicable regulations and standards.

• Strong planning capabilities, excellent organizational skills, and analytical thinking.

• Independent and structured approach to work tasks.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, self-awareness, adaptability, and persuasiveness.

• Proficient in both German and English at a business level.
