Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for managing a portfolio of studies—from site selection to study execution and closure.

• Collaborate closely with local Clinical Research Associate (CRA) colleagues across multiple study teams.

• Engage in proactive planning to ensure timely project completion.

• Oversee a selection of clinical trial sites.

• Supervise partnerships and liaise with regulatory authorities.

• Accountable for comprehensive site management in partnership with local CRA colleagues.

• Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations.

• Maintain inspection readiness of clinical trial sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, preferably in a healthcare-related field (e.g., medicine, life sciences, or pharmacy).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in on-site and remote monitoring of Phase 1–4 clinical trials.

• In-depth knowledge of pertinent regulations and standards.

• Exceptional planning, organizational, and analytical abilities.

• Independent and structured work approach.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, self-awareness, flexibility, and the ability to persuade.

• Proficient in German and English, with advanced negotiation skills.
