Senior Clinical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the entire recruitment cycle for all clinical roles, from sourcing candidates to finalizing offers.

• Work in partnership with the HR team to facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new employees.

• Create and execute strategies to identify and attract qualified clinical professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists.

• Advocate for inclusive hiring practices to ensure diverse representation within all clinical teams.

• Establish and nurture relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and practice partners.

• Effectively manage connections with leads to strengthen talent pipelines.

• Deliver timely updates to supervisors and relevant leadership on key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Identify opportunities to enhance the recruitment process for greater efficiency and quality.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft detailed job descriptions.

• Promote the organization's brand within the clinical sector via social media channels and at industry events and career fairs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare (psychology, social work, or a related field) or in human resources is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment.

• Proficiency in sourcing, interviewing, and assessing clinical candidates.

• Experience with Paylocity or a similar applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Outstanding organizational and time-management capabilities.

• Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes at the same time.

• Relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of educational qualifications.
