
Senior Clinical Project Manager – Nephrology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Provide robust, independent leadership for designated clinical projects to ensure successful execution.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee study management tasks, which include site selection, initiation, monitoring, and closeout.
• Develop and uphold study timelines, budgets, and project plans, ensuring compliance with project scope.
• Identify risks and proactively tackle challenges to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, regulatory standards, and company SOPs.
• Manage vendor relations and study-specific contracts.
• Offer mentorship and support to junior members of the project team.
• Assist in proposal development, bid defense meetings, and initiatives aimed at business growth.
• Engage in both internal and external project team meetings to foster alignment and project success.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in clinical research, ideally within a CRO or pharmaceutical setting.
• Strong background in Nephrology clinical trials is essential.
• Previous experience in clinical site management and CRA roles is advantageous.
• Demonstrated expertise in budget management, forecasting, and contract oversight.
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset coupled with exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements (FDA, TGA, EMA, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat).
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, global environment.
• A degree in a relevant field such as science, healthcare, or project management.
