📋 Description

• Oversee intricate projects by formulating the execution strategy for each individual component project.

• Develop project management plans along with other governance documents.

• Suggest and implement operational strategies in addition to risk management plans.

• Supervise assigned project resources, ensuring that project tasks are appropriately allocated to both staff and vendors.

• Manage the project scope of work, which includes identifying and negotiating changes in scope.

• Provide tactical recommendations to clients to enhance projects and offer both strategic and tactical guidance to team members.

• Mentor and train team members while facilitating their orientation.

• Manage team dynamics and deliver regular feedback to team members.

• Work collaboratively with clients to create mutually beneficial solutions.

• Support business development efforts, including proposals, responses to RFIs, and bid defense presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field along with at least 5 years of experience managing progressively complex global clinical research projects.

• Recent experience in the respiratory field is essential.

• Experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) is preferred.

• Strong understanding of relevant clinical research and scientific concepts as well as regulatory requirements (e.g., Good Clinical Practice (GCP), International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines, regulatory agency regulations); ability to interpret study protocols and designs.

• Proven experience in conducting on-site monitoring visits and/or overseeing a CRA team's activities to meet project deliverables.

• Excellent communication skills: Exhibit strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities to effectively showcase the accomplishments of your work and Rho’s.
