📋 Description

• Senior Clinical Project Managers (Sr. CPM) at Ora play a vital role in advancing clinical ophthalmic projects by employing best practices to ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and clinical trial requirements on behalf of the sponsor.

• This position involves independently managing cross-functional project teams while also overseeing other projects not directly under their management.

• Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.

• Responsible for developing project plans and delivering weekly budget and progress updates for each study.

• Prepare comprehensive and high-quality reports.

• Ensure the clinical electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) is thoroughly reviewed for completeness.

• Oversee and coordinate all vendors associated with the clinical trials.

• Take an active role in departmental and company-wide initiatives aimed at process improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Life Science with a minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical trials; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.

• At least 3 years of experience in clinical project management.

• Experience in ophthalmology is preferred.

• Familiarity with multi-center drug and/or device trials.

• Proficient with Veeva TMF and CTMS systems.

• Ability to cultivate and maintain effective professional relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Capability to plan, identify risks, anticipate issues and outcomes, and respond strategically, tactically, and operationally while balancing immediate and long-term company goals.

• Proven knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

• Demonstrated leadership abilities, multitasking skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and vendor management.

• Multilingual communication skills are a plus.
