📋 Description

• The Project Manager oversees the development, execution, and completion of research projects in alignment with the reasonable expectations of the project originator.

• The Project Manager is accountable for all facets of study management, which includes leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client communications, financial oversight, and ensuring overall study delivery.

• This role requires the Project Manager to ensure that studies are adequately resourced, managed effectively, meet project goals within the allocated budgets and timelines, and are executed to the highest standards of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), regulatory requirements, and relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• The Project Manager is also responsible for mentoring and coaching Junior Project Management staff or Clinical Delivery Leads, aiding in their technical development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a science or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in clinical projects within an academic institution, CRO, or pharmaceutical company setting.

• Approximately seven (7) years of industry experience is recommended for this role, including a minimum of 2-3 years of project management experience.

• Preference is given to candidates with prior CRA experience or experience in site management, trial coordination, or relevant industry roles.

• Proven experience managing projects in single or multiple regions, across various therapeutic areas, managing full-service studies, and involvement in early-phase clinical trials.

• Strong working knowledge of, and ability to implement project activities in compliance with, ICH/GCP and all applicable regulations and guidelines in the relevant regions.

• Prior exposure to client-facing roles and/or client management is essential.

• Experience in project finance management.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, presentation abilities, and team leadership qualities, including experience leading virtual teams in diverse cultural settings and managing conflicts.

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), complemented by excellent presentation capabilities.
