Freelance Clinical Project Manager – Mandarin Fluency, Early Phase Oncology

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for the sponsor and Ergomed Senior Management regarding project progress.

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the defined scope.

• Collaborate with project team members, deliver training as necessary, and guarantee proper task allocation.

• Create, assess, and refine project plans to ensure alignment with objectives and milestones.

• Organize and lead project meetings concerning study activities (including study organization, initiation, execution, and closure).

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing international clinical trials in a CRO setting, specifically in early phase oncology.

• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a science-related field.
