• Supervise and actively participate in the oversight and management of clinical project activities to guarantee that studies are conducted in line with scientific designs, timelines, and regulatory standards (e.g., VICH GL9 GCP).
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Sponsor, facilitating effective communication and providing updates to the study team and management.
• Responsible for offering strategic leadership and oversight in the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage clinical projects to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints and quality benchmarks.
• Serve as a central contact for sponsors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical monitoring, regulatory affairs, and data management, to align project goals and activities.
• Develop and sustain project documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks or challenges that may affect project timelines, quality, or budgets, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
• Coordinate human and material project resources, ensuring their availability to meet project milestones and deliverables.
• Work together with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Finance, IT, and other Clinglobal group functions.
• Oversee and evaluate the performance of project teams to ensure effective execution of assigned responsibilities.
• Ensure adherence to ethical standards, animal welfare regulations, and organizational policies throughout all phases of the project.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at process improvement to boost project efficiency and quality.
• DVM or a relevant Life Sciences degree.
• A minimum of five years of experience in Field Clinical Trials and Project Management.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as VICH GL9 GCP and their application in the management of clinical trials.
• Strong organizational abilities to effectively manage clinical projects, ensuring that they are delivered within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical project management processes, including planning, coordination, and execution.
