Senior Clinical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Potentially oversees department Clinical Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Clinical Trial Associates, and additional support staff.

• Manages cross-functional project teams sourced from clinical development groups to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical trial(s) in accordance with all regulations and SOPs.

• Collaborates with various functional areas on the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure, and resource allocation for clinical trial projects.

• Examines protocols, source documents, and CRFs, ensuring they are completed and tracked effectively.

• Accountable for creating and sustaining project timelines for each initiative and utilizing these timelines to monitor and manage project progress.

• Analyzes study metrics related to performance and quality alongside the team and management.

• Generates high-quality reports (financial, project, etc.) for management detailing program status and any arising issues.

• Ensures the clinical electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) is thoroughly reviewed for completeness.

• May represent Ora at professional gatherings or seminars.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science with a minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical trials. Relevant years of experience may substitute for educational qualifications.

• At least 3 years of experience in clinical project management.

• Experience in ophthalmology is preferred.

• Familiarity with multi-center drug and/or device trials.

• Proficiency with Veeva TMF and CTMS systems.

• Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and vendor management.
