Clinical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Supervise and actively participate in monitoring and managing clinical project activities to guarantee studies are conducted in accordance with scientific designs, timelines, and regulatory standards (e.g., VICH GL9 GCP)

• Act as the primary contact for the Sponsor, promoting effective communication and providing updates to study team members and management

• Accountable for offering strategic leadership and oversight in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of clinical projects

• Organize, coordinate, and manage clinical projects to ensure completion within timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks while complying with regulatory standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize project activities and objectives

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Identify and resolve risks or challenges that could affect project timelines, quality, or budgets, and implement corrective measures as necessary

• Coordinate human and material resources for projects and ensure their availability to achieve project milestones and deliverables

⛳️ Requirements

• DVM or a related degree in Life Sciences

• A minimum of three years of experience in Field Clinical Trials and Project Management

• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as VICH GL9 GCP and their application in clinical trial management

• Strong organizational abilities to effectively oversee clinical projects, ensuring timely delivery within budgets and quality standards

• Proficiency in English for effective communication

• Comprehensive understanding of clinical project management processes, including planning, coordination, and execution
