Senior Clinical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of Healthy Volunteers and Patient Clinical Pharmacology initiatives.

• Serve as the main liaison for sponsor project teams.

• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets effectively.

• Utilize project leadership skills to foresee, recognize, and address risks.

• Provide senior-level guidance within a matrix project structure.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and audit preparedness.

• Contribute to the growth of the business and enhance operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant clinical research experience in a CRO or biopharmaceutical setting.

• Minimum of 4 years of comprehensive project management responsibility for global clinical trials.

• Experience in Phase 1 and Phase Ib studies.

• Financial acumen: skills in managing study budgets.

• Leadership: demonstrated capability to motivate and manage teams across global locations.

• Capacity to handle multiple studies simultaneously.

• Risk management: proficiency in critical path analysis.

• Client relations: ability to cultivate client trust and tackle complex issues.

• Education/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in life sciences from a recognized institution.

• Preferred: Master’s or other advanced degree.

• PMP certification.
