• Enhance the sales process by acting as the clinical expert on the application of Acute Care and Monitoring (ACM) products in both Adult/Pediatric Operating Room and NICU/PICU settings.
• Cultivate advocacy from Key Opinion Leaders and essential clinical and business decision-makers.
• Stimulate demand for product evaluations and competitive conversions.
• Facilitate the closure of critical deals and assist in post-sale activities including implementation, education, in-servicing, ongoing support, and the establishment of strong reference accounts.
• Conduct pre-sale clinical demonstrations and evaluations to highlight the clinical benefits of ACM solutions.
• Organize and take part in evaluations alongside the aligned field sales team and customers.
• Engage key stakeholders by presenting product value propositions, supporting literature, and other relevant materials tailored to their specific care areas.
• Oversee post-sale initiatives including implementation, product education, in-servicing, and continuous support to guarantee effective adoption and utilization.
• A Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4 years of clinical experience as a licensed clinician within an acute care hospital setting.
• OR an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed clinician within an acute care hospital environment.
• 3-5 years of overall critical care experience in an acute care hospital, including at least 3 years in OR, CVOR, NICU, PICU, OR as a Clinical Educator, or experience in developing and delivering educational curricula.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a complex, geographically dispersed organization with various value streams.
• Must be results-driven, with a strong internal motivation to achieve high-level outcomes and manage complex projects to completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong capability to create and deliver presentations, education plans, and evaluation strategies that align with customer needs.
