Senior Clinical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the liaison between clinical/care teams and the product & technology team in the daily operations of the squad.

• Analyze, map, and document current clinical care protocols, pinpointing areas for automation and enhancement through AI.

• Conduct interviews and discovery sessions with physicians, nurses, and clinical managers to gather both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Convert clinical needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics within the product backlog.

• Confirm with clinical teams that the solutions provided by engineering accurately mirror clinical workflows.

• Identify clinical and regulatory risks in requirements and alert the team prior to development.

• Actively engage in agile ceremonies (planning, review, refinement) as the representative of the clinical domain.

• Assist in preparing the technical and clinical documentation necessary for internal approvals and audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related health field.

• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Health Management, Health Informatics, or Innovation.

• Demonstrated experience in digital product management or IT projects within the healthcare sector (minimum of 3 years).

• Strong understanding of clinical care workflows: inpatient care, triage, clinical protocols, electronic health records (EHR).

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).

• Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and clinical contexts: capable of conversing with the CTO and the on-call clinician.

• Proficiency in English for reading technical documentation (desirable).

• Experience with AI/ML projects related to healthcare (clinical NLP, predictive models, diagnostic support) (desirable).

• Background in working with health insurers, large hospitals, or healthtech companies (desirable).

• Product Management certification (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent) (desirable).

• Understanding of LGPD as it applies to healthcare and the regulatory requirements from ANVISA/CFM relevant to medical software (desirable).
