Senior Clinical Practice Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide senior-level clinical leadership and operational guidance to Clinical Practice Managers and Clinical Quality Leads.

• Monitor provider-level trends using the Clinical Excellence Index (CEI).

• Perform chart reviews and audits; escalate findings with appropriate clinical nuance when necessary.

• Collaborate with the Director and clinical operations teams on the monthly educational series for providers.

• Ensure that providers adhere to state-specific regulatory standards.

• Assist in the onboarding process for new providers, including conducting interviews and orientation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, unrestricted APRN license in good standing; eligible for multi-state licensure or currently licensed in MEDvidi operating states (10+ licenses).

• A minimum of 7-10 years of clinical practice experience is required; at least two years of telehealth experience is mandatory, along with prior operations or quality improvement leadership experience.

• Previous experience in clinical operations, quality improvement, or provider management roles is essential.

• Proven ability to review and critically assess clinical documentation and prescribing practices.

• Knowledge of controlled substance prescribing regulations, including DEA requirements and state-specific guidelines.

• Proficiency in EMR systems; prior experience with e-prescribing workflows is necessary.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback to clinical colleagues.
