This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Secure and enhance clinical placement collaborations with healthcare organizations to guarantee students have the necessary access to clinical training and successfully complete their healthcare education programs in nursing and allied health disciplines.
• Cultivate robust relationships with healthcare stakeholders to increase placement capacity, supporting program expansion and the development of certified healthcare professionals.
• Oversee the entire affiliation agreement process between academic institutions and clinical organizations, which includes engaging stakeholders, routing and tracking agreements, and collaborating with both internal and external parties to ensure the timely execution of clinical placement agreements.
• Keep well-organized records of executed agreements, partnership contacts, and associated documentation.
• Ensure the prompt completion, accuracy, and quality of clinical partnership information and affiliation documentation, enabling academic partner clinical placement teams to effectively coordinate and place students in necessary clinical training experiences.
• Collaborate with Managing Directors and academic leadership to facilitate clinical placement activities by aligning clinical partnership needs, enrollment forecasts, clinical hour requirements, and program launch timelines.
• Assist healthcare program launches by supporting academic partners in creating sufficient clinical partnership infrastructure needed for regulatory and accreditation approval processes.
• Act as a primary contact for academic partners’ clinical coordinators and key contacts in clinical education regarding processes related to clinical education models, site capabilities, and partnership development considerations.
• Work together with internal teams (partnerships, healthcare, nursing, operations) to alleviate bottlenecks in the clinical placement process and minimize negative experiences for students.
• Collaborate with Regulatory to maintain awareness of state, accreditation, and program-specific requirements that affect clinical partnership development.
• Identify and bring to the attention of healthcare leadership any partnership risks, capacity gaps, or operational barriers that could influence program launch or sustainability, escalating as necessary.
• Provide insights to Risepoint’s nursing leadership regarding partnership trends, clinical capacity limitations, and opportunities for enhancing scalability and operational efficiency.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, clinical education, workforce development, healthcare partnerships, or a related field.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proven experience in managing complex coordination efforts that involve multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Experience supporting healthcare education programs, healthcare operations, workforce partnerships, or clinical education settings.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to engage with executive-level healthcare stakeholders.
• Experience in managing contracts, affiliation agreements, or partnership coordination processes.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to operate effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with clinical education models, healthcare program operations, and accreditation considerations.
• Understanding of clinical onboarding or compliance-related processes that impact healthcare education partnerships.
• Experience working with healthcare workforce initiatives or efforts to expand clinical education.
• Proficient in utilizing partnership tracking systems, CRM platforms, or operational workflow tools.
• Awareness of healthcare workforce challenges and clinical capacity constraints.
