Senior Clinical Operations Specialist – Site Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain payment tracking systems.

• Initiate and manage invoice proposals in collaboration with sites and CRA.

• Monitor and process payments/invoices within GMS.

• Oversee costs related to patient reimbursements.

• Provide mentorship to junior payment CTAs.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate's degree is preferred, or an equivalent qualification.

• Experience in clinical research, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or a related field may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical data, and ICH/GCP is preferred.

• Capability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational abilities.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to adopt new technologies.

• Occasional travel of up to 10% may be necessary.
