This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Commercial Clinical Marketing for the commercial team and approved customer-facing educational initiatives.
• Convert clinical data and product information into clear, engaging, distinctive, and compliant commercial communications.
• Develop, revise, and maintain clinical educational resources, such as slide presentations and training materials.
• Implement Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement initiatives and assist in achieving strategic partnership goals.
• Collaborate across departments with Clinical Medical Affairs, Sales leadership, and Global Strategic Marketing to enhance North American podium visibility.
• Organize healthcare professional-led educational programs, including Speaker programs and PCI/CTO Champions initiatives.
• Lead or assist in the design, content creation, and launch of new educational programs for healthcare professionals.
• Implement Teleflex-led initiatives to provide consistent, high-quality education across various regions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and faculty to facilitate the execution of programs.
• Monitor, report, and document program outcomes and healthcare professional engagement.
• Gather field feedback and insights to guide content enhancements and program developments.
• Work in conjunction with Product Marketing to synchronize clinical and promotional messaging.
• Ensure that clinical education tools and materials are accurate, substantiated, in alignment with approved messaging and brand strategy, and go through necessary review and approval processes.
• Collaborate with Commercial Enablement to enhance clinical education for the field sales team.
• Assist in National Sales Meetings and regional gatherings with impactful clinical education.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 5 years in cardiovascular medical device marketing, sales, or clinical roles.
• Proven experience in the Interventional Cardiology market.
• Demonstrated success in delivering physician education.
• Strong capability to establish relationships with physicians.
• In-depth understanding of clinical trial interpretation.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
