Senior Clinical Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Take charge of strategic marketing planning for designated areas, particularly for all therapeutic marketing within our expanding Autoimmune therapeutic sector, clinical FSP, and related services. Provide support for additional services within our CRO offerings as necessary.

• Develop messaging frameworks that highlight Feature/Advantage/Benefit (FAB) along with proof points to enhance market positioning.

• Collaborate with stakeholders (and agencies when required) to craft engaging, distinct messaging grounded in the FAB analysis to boost product visibility and client engagement.

• Formulate content strategies to utilize the messaging effectively, taking into account omnichannel methods.

• Spearhead the creation, deployment, and refinement of sales enablement tools aimed at empowering the sales force to achieve financial objectives.

• Identify profiles of Autoimmune and FSP clients in conjunction with the Lead Generation and Inside Sales Team.

• Design and implement a digital content strategy that employs an omni-channel approach, encompassing blogs, website, SEM, SEO, AI search, social media, and various other platforms.

• Ensure uniform messaging and engagement with key stakeholders across digital channels.

• Work alongside operational, medical/scientific, and commercial teams to pinpoint relevant topics and guarantee high-quality content delivery.

• Integrate a thought leadership strategy that showcases Precision’s dedicated approach to autoimmune, oncology, rare indications, and other focus areas as identified by commercial strategy, utilizing videos, white papers, and other mediums to maximize visibility.

• Direct cross-functional planning and execution of an annual conference strategy for assigned areas, managing budgeting, messaging, and implementation in collaboration with the PFM event team.

• Provide expertise and support to team members and cross-functional collaborators.

• Oversee and manage intricate projects or functional areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Actively participate in the formulation of departmental strategies and marketing plans.

• Continuously enhance technical abilities and remain updated on emerging technologies and marketing trends.

• Ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Offer competitive intelligence insights to inform growth strategies.

• Mentor junior team members and play a role in talent development within the marketing department.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and at least 12 years of pertinent experience in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, biotech, or healthcare sectors; an advanced degree plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is advantageous.

• 6–8 years of experience in a marketing position with a proven history of independently managing projects, including customer-facing initiatives. Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic area marketing and FSP services; specific experience in Autoimmune and familiarity with broader clinical CRO services is highly desirable. Or an equivalent combination of education, professional training, and experience that equips the individual with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the role.

• Proven ability in organizing webinars and live events, including speaker coordination and promotional strategies.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, including scheduling, budgeting, and status reporting.

• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities, with a successful record of effective stakeholder engagement.

• Ability to identify and present data-driven insights that guide strategic decision-making.

• Skilled in developing and nurturing strong customer relationships through active listening and thoughtful inquiry.

• Solid understanding of end-to-end work processes, with the ability to evaluate and optimize for efficiency and effectiveness.
