Senior Clinical Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategic planning for marketing initiatives within designated areas, focusing specifically on all therapeutic marketing for our expanding Autoimmune therapeutic sector, clinical FSP, and related services.

• Develop messaging frameworks that align Feature/Advantage/Benefit (FAB) with supporting evidence to enhance market positioning.

• Collaborate with stakeholders (and agencies as needed) to craft compelling and distinct messaging founded on FAB analysis aimed at boosting product awareness and client engagement.

• Formulate content strategies that leverage the messaging, employing omnichannel approaches.

• Lead the creation, implementation, and refinement of sales enablement tools to empower the sales team in reaching financial targets.

• Identify profiles of Autoimmune and FSP clients in partnership with the Lead Generation and Inside Sales Team.

• Develop and implement a digital content strategy utilizing an omni-channel approach that encompasses blogs, websites, SEM, SEO, AI search, social media, and other platforms.

• Ensure consistent messaging and interaction with key stakeholders across digital channels.

• Assess the effectiveness of the digital strategy to prioritize activities that yield the highest ROI.

• Work with operational, medical/scientific, and commercial teams to pinpoint relevant topics and guarantee high-quality content delivery.

• Integrate a thought leadership strategy that showcases Precision’s targeted approach to autoimmune, oncology, rare indications, and other areas outlined by commercial strategy, utilizing video, white papers, and other mediums for maximum exposure.

• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Precision businesses to promote convergence and cohesive storytelling.

• Oversee the cross-functional planning and execution of an annual conference strategy for assigned areas, including budgeting, messaging, and implementation alongside the PFM event team.

• Attend select events in person.

• Provide expertise and guidance to team members and cross-functional partners.

• Manage complex projects or functional areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Actively participate in shaping departmental strategies and marketing plans.

• Continuously enhance technical skills and stay informed about emerging technologies and marketing trends.

• Ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Offer competitive intelligence insights to propel growth strategies.

• Mentor junior team members and aid in talent development within the marketing function.

• Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on performance metrics, market trends, and stakeholder feedback.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 12 years of pertinent work experience in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, biotech, or healthcare sectors; an advanced degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is advantageous.

• 6–8 years of experience in a marketing role with a proven ability to independently manage projects, including customer-facing initiatives.

• Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic area marketing and FSP services; specific experience in Autoimmune and familiarity with broader clinical CRO services is highly desirable.

• Proven track record in developing webinars and live events, encompassing speaker coordination and promotional strategy.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, including scheduling, budgeting, and status reporting.

• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities, with a history of effective stakeholder engagement.

• Ability to identify and present data-driven insights that shape strategic decision-making.

• Skilled in establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships through active listening and thoughtful inquiry.

• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end work processes, with the ability to evaluate and optimize for efficiency and effectiveness.
