Senior Clinical Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Take charge of strategic marketing planning for designated areas, particularly focusing on therapeutic marketing within our expanding Autoimmune therapeutic sector, clinical FSP, and related services. Assist with other services within our CRO offerings as needed.

• Develop messaging frameworks that relate to Feature/Advantage/Benefit (FAB) with supporting evidence to enhance market positioning.

• Collaborate with stakeholders (and agencies when necessary) to craft engaging and distinct messaging based on the FAB analysis to boost product awareness and client engagement.

• Formulate content strategies that utilize the messaging, employing an omnichannel approach.

• Oversee the creation, execution, and refinement of sales enablement tools to empower the sales team in achieving financial objectives.

• Identify client profiles for Autoimmune and FSP in collaboration with the Lead Generation and Inside Sales Team.

• Establish and implement a digital content strategy utilizing an omni-channel approach including blogs, websites, SEM, SEO, AI search, social media, and various other channels.

• Maintain consistent messaging and engagement with key stakeholders across digital platforms.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of the digital strategy to prioritize activities that yield the highest ROI.

• Work with operational, medical/scientific, and commercial teams to pinpoint relevant topics and ensure the delivery of high-quality content.

• Integrate a thought leadership strategy showcasing Precision’s concentrated approach to autoimmune, oncology, rare conditions, and other areas highlighted by the commercial strategy, utilizing videos, white papers, and other channels for maximum visibility.

• Actively collaborate with stakeholders across Precision businesses to promote convergence and cohesive storytelling.

• Direct cross-functional planning and execution of an annual conference strategy for designated areas, including budgeting, messaging, and implementation in partnership with the PFM event team.

• Attend select events in person.

• Provide expertise and guidance to team members and cross-functional partners.

• Lead and manage intricate projects or functional areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Contribute actively to the development of departmental strategies and marketing plans.

• Continuously enhance technical skills and remain updated with emerging technologies and marketing trends.

• Ensure timely project delivery within budget throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Supply competitive intelligence insights to inform growth strategies.

• Mentor junior team members and aid in talent development within the marketing function.

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on marketing initiatives and their business impact.

• Provide monthly reports on all activities pertinent to assigned business areas, including conference planning and updates, podcasts, webinars, and other significant activities.

• Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on performance metrics, market trends, and stakeholder feedback.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 12 years of pertinent work experience in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, biotech, or healthcare sectors; an advanced degree coupled with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is a plus.

• 6–8 years of experience in a marketing role with a proven history of independently managing projects, including customer-facing initiatives. Demonstrated experience in therapeutic area marketing and FSP services; specific experience in Autoimmune and knowledge of broader clinical CRO services is highly advantageous. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education, professional training, and experience that equips the individual with the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position.

• Proven track record in developing webinars and live events, including speaker coordination and promotional strategies.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, encompassing scheduling, budgeting, and status reporting.

• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities, with a history of effective stakeholder engagement.

• Ability to identify and present data-driven insights that influence strategic decision-making.

• Skilled in establishing and maintaining robust customer relationships through active listening and thoughtful inquiry.

• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end work processes, with the ability to evaluate and optimize for efficiency and effectiveness.

• Adheres to the Company's Principles and code of ethics in daily activities.
