Senior Clinical Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Drive strategic marketing initiatives that enhance our growing Autoimmune therapeutic area business, encompassing both full-service outsourcing (FSO) and Functional Service Provider (FSP) models, along with our primary CRO portfolio.

• Shape and refine service messaging, design and implement integrated marketing campaigns, generate qualified leads, and empower an expanding sales team to achieve their objectives.

• Collaborate with operational, medical/scientific, and commercial teams to identify pertinent topics and ensure the delivery of high-quality content.

• Lead cross-functional planning and execution of an annual conference strategy for designated areas, including budgeting, messaging, and execution in collaboration with the PFM event team.

• Provide expertise and guidance to team members and cross-functional partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, biotech, or healthcare sectors; an advanced degree combined with at least 4 years of relevant experience is advantageous.

• 6–8 years of experience in a marketing role with a demonstrated ability to independently lead projects, including customer-facing initiatives. Proven experience in therapeutic area marketing and FSP services; specific experience in Autoimmune and familiarity with broader clinical CRO services is highly desirable. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education, professional training, and experience that equips the individual with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job may be considered.

• Proven success in organizing webinars and live events, which includes speaker coordination and promotional strategy.
