This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take the lead in strategic planning for marketing initiatives in designated areas, particularly focusing on all therapeutic marketing for our expanding Autoimmune therapeutic sector, clinical FSP, and associated services. Assist with other services within our CRO offerings as required.
• Develop messaging frameworks that highlight Feature/Advantage/Benefit (FAB) alongside supporting points to enhance market positioning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (and agencies when necessary) to craft engaging, unique messaging derived from the FAB analysis aimed at boosting product awareness and client engagement.
• Create content strategies that utilize the messaging, taking into account omnichannel methodologies.
• Spearhead the creation, execution, and refinement of sales enablement tools to empower the sales team in achieving financial goals.
• Work with the Lead Generation and Inside Sales Team to identify profiles of Autoimmune and FSP clients.
• Formulate and implement a digital content strategy, utilizing an omni-channel method that includes blogs, websites, SEM, SEO, AI search, social media, and other platforms.
• Ensure that messaging and engagement with key stakeholders remain consistent across digital channels.
• Assess the effectiveness of the digital strategy to prioritize activities that yield the highest ROI.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and possess at least 12 years of pertinent work experience in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, biotech, or healthcare; an advanced degree along with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is advantageous.
• Have 6–8 years of experience in a marketing position with a demonstrated ability to independently manage projects, including customer-oriented initiatives. Proven experience in therapeutic area marketing and FSP services; specific knowledge in Autoimmune and familiarity with broader clinical CRO services is highly desirable.
• Exhibit a successful track record in organizing webinars and live events, including speaker coordination and promotional strategies.
• Possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for clearly and effectively conveying complex information.
• Be proficient in project management tools and methodologies, encompassing scheduling, budgeting, and reporting on project status.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational capabilities, with a history of effective stakeholder engagement.
• Have the ability to identify and present data-driven insights that guide strategic decision-making.
• Be skilled in establishing and nurturing robust customer relationships through active listening and thoughtful questioning.
• Have a solid understanding of end-to-end work processes, with the capability to evaluate and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
