Senior Clinical Insights & Performance Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, sustain, and enhance internal performance reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and regular business evaluations.

• Assist in measuring outcomes and tracking performance for provider experience and clinical performance initiatives.

• Evaluate quality, utilization, affordability, and provider performance trends to uncover insights and areas for improvement.

• Establish measurement frameworks and performance tools to foster accountability and enhance affordability.

• Collaborate with clinical, network, finance, and operational stakeholders to collect requirements, validate insights, and support initiatives.

• Execute ad hoc analyses of performance drivers, emerging trends, and business inquiries.

• Identify resources and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting.

• Prepare summaries that communicate performance outcomes, trends, and opportunities.

• Convert analytical findings into actionable insights for business stakeholders and strategic decision-making.

• Work together with matrix partners on clinical and operational initiatives through timely analysis and reporting.

• Discover opportunities to refine reporting and enhance analytical processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, economics, healthcare administration, public health, finance, business, or a related field.

• 5–8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, provider performance, value-based care, population health, or similar analytical roles.

• Proficiency in developing recurring reporting, scorecards, dashboards, or performance measurement tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in interpreting complex datasets and performance trends.

• Capability to clearly communicate findings to operational and business stakeholders.

• Excellent organization and execution skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Experience in value-based care, provider performance, affordability, or population health analytics.

• Familiarity with clinical, claims, provider, or healthcare operational data.

• Knowledge of performance measurement frameworks and healthcare quality metrics.

• Previous experience supporting business reviews or executive reporting.

• Strong execution and follow-through with a mindset focused on continuous improvement.

• High analytical rigor and attention to detail.

• For occasional or permanent remote work, internet service must be cable broadband or fiber optic with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
