Senior Clinical Data Coordinator – Standards

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and evaluate clinical trials, interpreting intricate medical data, and aid in the progression of groundbreaking treatments and therapies.

• Oversee clinical research activities that demand technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Develop and uphold comprehensive data management plans and documentation, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Detect and address data inconsistencies and issues to optimize data flow and improve data quality throughout the study lifecycle.

• Partner with clinical operations and biostatistics to formulate and implement study-specific data management strategies.

• Execute project tasks to ensure study timelines are achieved, including the filing and archiving of study documentation and sending inquiries to investigator sites.

• Guide junior data coordinators in data reconciliation, coding, and cleaning processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Life Sciences or Healthcare.

• Demonstrated experience in clinical data management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.

• Familiarity with data management software and systems (e.g., Medidata, Oracle RDC, or similar).

• Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.

• Strong communication abilities and the capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Understanding of regulatory guidelines and standards (e.g., ICH-GCP) is advantageous.

• Openness to travel as needed (approximately 5%).
