Senior Clinical Data Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and evaluate clinical trials, interpreting intricate medical data.

• Oversee clinical research activities that demand technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Develop and uphold comprehensive data management plans and documentation, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory obligations.

• Detect and address data discrepancies and issues to facilitate data flow and improve data quality throughout the study lifecycle.

• Work collaboratively with clinical operations, biostatistics, and other cross-functional teams to create and implement study-specific data management strategies.

• Execute project tasks such as organizing and archiving study documentation and sending queries to investigator sites.

• Guide junior data coordinators in data reconciliation, coding, and cleaning techniques.

• Ensure adherence to study timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Life Sciences or Healthcare.

• Demonstrated experience in clinical data management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.

• Familiarity with data management software and systems (e.g., Medidata, Oracle RDC, or similar).

• Exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication abilities and the skill to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Understanding of regulatory guidelines and standards (e.g., ICH-GCP) is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 5%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
