Senior Clinical Data Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Design and evaluate clinical trials while interpreting intricate medical data.

• Oversee clinical research tasks that demand technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Develop and uphold comprehensive data management plans and documentation.

• Detect and address data inconsistencies and challenges to optimize data flow and improve data quality throughout the study lifecycle.

• Collaborate with clinical operations, biostatistics, and various cross-functional teams to formulate and implement study-specific data management strategies.

• Execute project activities including the organization and preservation of study documentation and the sending of queries to investigator sites.

• Provide mentorship to junior data coordinators on data reconciliation, coding, and cleaning processes.

• Ensure adherence to study timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Life Sciences or Healthcare.

• Demonstrated experience in clinical data management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.

• Familiarity with data management software and systems, including Medidata, Oracle RDC, or similar platforms.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and standards, such as ICH-GCP, is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 5% of the time.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
