Senior Clinical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct a comprehensive analysis and design of clinical workflows, encompassing patient administration, treatment documentation, and nursing records, all the way to revenue-generating billing processes.

• Lead hospitals independently through the implementation and transformation processes.

• Act as a reliable and confident point of contact for customers.

• Convert intricate clinical pathways into software configurations tailored to meet user needs for our products.

• Create effective training concepts and facilitate workshops.

• Empower key users to maximize their use of the systems.

• Evaluate new developments in live settings with pilot customers beforehand.

• Offer on-site assistance during go-live phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant professional experience in a clinical setting, such as inpatient nursing or clinical process management.

• Comprehensive understanding of the interplay between medicine, nursing, and administrative functions.

• Strong grasp of the complete patient journey within a hospital environment.

• Proven experience in independently advising and taking responsibility for supporting customers in IT or organizational projects.

• Knowledge of clinical information systems, including Meona, ClinicCentre, or similar HIS/CIS solutions.

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English.

• A passion for direct customer support and diverse project work.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for work (approximately 40%).
