This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +4 more states.
• Generates insights driven by data that pinpoint actionable opportunities and/or develop analytics and reporting solutions.
• Assists in and takes the lead on the design, development, execution, dissemination, and interpretation of clinical and population health analyses, metrics, and reports utilizing clinical, member, financial, and administrative data.
• Fosters strong, collaborative, and effective relationships and communication with both internal and external clinical, administrative, operational, financial, and technical stakeholders.
• Acts as a strategic business partner to internal and external stakeholders, showcasing thought leadership and subject matter expertise.
• Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or a closely related field.
• At least 5 years of experience leading the design, execution, and dissemination of clinical and population health reporting, analyses, and studies of increasing scope and complexity.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with coding languages, analytical software, systems, tools, and processes using claims, clinical, enrollment, and provider data.
• A minimum of 3 years of project leadership experience in a complex, matrixed environment (preferably in payer and/or provider settings).
• At least 3 years of experience providing analytical consultation to clinical, administrative, operational, and financial stakeholders.
