Senior Clinical Account Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for formal referrals to AOH for clinical evaluations and treatment.

• Deliver comprehensive case management from the initial consultation to ongoing care coordination.

• Work closely with case-specific treatment providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-centered services.

• Collaborate with the Managing Director to ensure strong alignment with client needs and expectations.

• Engage with key stakeholders and present during regularly scheduled customer meetings.

• Guarantee timely and accurate documentation along with clear communication of all case management activities within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

• Remain available as the primary contact, showcasing prompt responsiveness and swift turnaround for urgent cases and new referrals.

• Conduct initial consultations to evaluate the scope of referrals and ensure alignment among all involved stakeholders.

• Manage and coordinate the appropriate release of information for clients and all relevant treatment, assessment, and referral partners.

• Take part in regularly scheduled case review meetings for active and monitored cases with the referring organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master-level clinician.

• Fully licensed to practice in the State of Illinois.

• Previous EAP experience managing formal referrals and/or fitness-for-duty evaluations; account management experience is preferred.

• Demonstrated clinical experience in mental health and substance use assessment and treatment.

• Capability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and perform effectively in high-pressure situations.

• Established comfort in engaging with and presenting to senior-level executives.

• Prior experience consulting with healthcare organizations is preferred.
