Senior Client Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensuring the success of a portfolio of clients at Cordial.

• Advocating for and aligning technology and expertise on behalf of clients.

• Taking ownership of the client success plan.

• Engaging with executive-level stakeholders.

• Managing competitive challenges effectively.

• Developing and delivering tailored success plans for each client.

• Collaborating with Cordial’s Channel Growth & Partnership team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 7 years of experience in an enterprise client management role within a SaaS company.

• Background in email and/or digital marketing is essential.

• Technical knowledge of client data and marketing technology strategies.

• Proficient project management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

• Strong negotiation capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
