This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manage and nurture senior-level relationships with key enterprise clients, serving as their main strategic partner and trusted advisor.

• Enhance client retention and satisfaction by consistently showcasing program value and proactively addressing their evolving needs before they escalate into issues.

• Create and implement tailored adoption strategies that lead clients from onboarding through complete platform integration and ongoing engagement.

• Analyze platform usage data to proactively pinpoint adoption gaps and devise targeted strategies to address them.

• Oversee cross-functional teams in the execution of intricate programs, managing multiple workstreams while ensuring exceptional delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in a client-facing role within the fields of marketing, advertising, social media, or SaaS technology, with a proven history of growing and retaining enterprise accounts.

• Bilingual in Latin American Spanish and English, with a high level of written and spoken fluency essential for serving clients throughout Mexico and South America.

• Proven ability to establish deep, enduring client relationships and expand accounts over time.

• Strong strategic thinking capabilities with a demonstrated ability to convert client business needs into platform-specific solutions.

• Advanced skills in stakeholder management; adept at navigating enterprise organizations and balancing competing priorities.

• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and collaboration platforms.

• Data-savvy—comfortable with analytics, performance metrics, and ROI storytelling.
