This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Address customer queries related to payroll management, inconsistencies, and platform functionality.
• Ensure prompt communication through email, chat, phone, and other channels while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
• Manage customer inquiries in accordance with established workflows.
• Collect essential information to accurately diagnose payroll-related issues.
• Refer complex cases to senior team members for further assistance.
• Clearly document details of issues and the steps taken to resolve them.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding their inquiries.
• Clarify customer questions concerning payroll procedures.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all forms of communication.
• Adhere to internal workflows and support documentation guidelines.
• Ensure precise documentation of support tickets.
• Comply with established SLAs and operational protocols.
• Identify and highlight recurring issues or deficiencies in documentation or processes.
• Develop a fundamental understanding of payroll concepts.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with customers.
• Capability to follow structured operational procedures.
