Senior Client Services Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional support to Valitana’s clientele, including Hedge Funds, Banks, Trustees, Insurance companies, and CLO/ABL Managers.

• Evaluate financial metrics and explore fixed income, private credit, and various deal structures such as ABL (Asset-based Lending) and CLOs (Collateralized Loan Obligations).

• Aid in ensuring compliance for SMA (Separately Managed Accounts) as well as for managed deals.

• Offer effective advice to users on how to maximize the use of Valitana’s Vantage platform.

• Employ advanced Excel capabilities to create spreadsheets tailored to client-specific requirements utilizing the Valitana plugin for data integration and calculations.

• Support clients in the process of uploading and managing data within the Vantage platform.

• Develop customized metrics and workflows for clients and potential clients.

• Occasional travel may be necessary, not exceeding 10% for conferences and other work-related activities in or around the UK, EU, and USA, depending on the firm's requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8+ years of professional experience in a field related to Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, or Financial Operations.

• Experience in client-facing roles is essential.

• A minimum of 1 year in a management or mentorship position is highly regarded.

• Understanding of collateralized loan obligations is preferred.

• Capability to grasp complex financial concepts associated with structured finance products.

• Expertise in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.

• Resourceful, with the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• An Honours bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc Hons) from a recognized university.
