This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Oversee and Enhance Client Relations: Serve as the Main Point of Contact for a Designated Portfolio of Complex EAP and Wellness Clients, Nurturing and Expanding Business Relationships by Providing a Strategic, Value-Driven Experience, Leading Proactive Renewal Initiatives, and Identifying Opportunities to Broaden Services in Line with Each Client's Long-Term Objectives.
• Offer Consultative Insights and Assess Program Effectiveness: Provide Strategic and Consultative Guidance to Assist Clients in Maximizing the Benefits of Their EAP and/or Wellness Programs, Utilizing In-Depth Knowledge of Behavioral Health Trends to Convert Program Insights into Practical Strategies — While Continuously Analyzing Program Effectiveness Through Executive-Level Business Reviews, ROI Analysis, and Close Collaboration with Clinical and Operations Teams.
• Create Client-Specific Engagement Approaches: Work Together with Client Plan Sponsors and Their Brokers to Formulate and Execute Customized Engagement Strategies for EAP and/or Wellness Programs, Utilizing Insights into Workforce Demographics and Organizational Culture to Craft Effective, Multi-Channel Communication Campaigns That Encourage Ongoing Employee Participation.
• Manage Benefit Integration and Comprehend Product Suite: Navigate Complex, Multi-Vendor Benefit Environments to Ensure the Seamless Integration of CuraLinc's EAP and Behavioral Health Services with a Client's Other Benefit Plan Elements — While Retaining a Thorough Understanding of CuraLinc's Product Suite, Market Trends, and Competitive Landscape to Act as a Trusted Advisor to Clients, Brokers, and Consultants.
• Advocate for CuraLinc Healthcare: Represent CuraLinc at Both In-Person and Virtual Client Presentations, Finalist Meetings, Health Fairs, and Industry Events — Delivering Program Outcomes and Strategic Recommendations with Confidence and Authority, Reinforcing CuraLinc's Reputation as a Leader in Employer-Sponsored Mental Health.
• Mentor, Collaborate, and Contribute to Team Success: Guide and Support Junior Client Relationship Team Members While Actively Participating in Team Meetings, Cross-Functional Projects, and Leadership Requests — Cultivating a High-Performing, Collaborative Team Culture That Embodies CuraLinc's Mission and Values.
• A minimum of Three Years of Business-to-Business Account Management Experience.
• Preferred Experience in Healthcare, Employee Benefits, or Insurance Account Management (EAP, PBM, UM, Wellness, TPA, Carrier, Broker, etc.).
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
