Senior Client Placement Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Manage the entire lifecycle of carrier connections, which includes initial setup, ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth data transfers between Employee Navigator and insurance carriers.

• Collaborate with carriers to facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring the integration is fully operational within the Employee Navigator platform.

• Serve as the main point of contact for addressing carrier connection issues, working directly with both internal teams and carriers to identify and resolve any problems.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders (including product management, development, and client success teams) to ensure that integrations align with business requirements and meet client expectations.

• Conduct regular testing of carrier integrations to verify they are current, accurate, and functioning as intended.

• Identify and propose enhancements to integration processes, tools, and technologies to boost efficiency and accuracy.

• Offer support to clients and carriers during the implementation of new carrier connections, providing guidance and addressing integration-related inquiries.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 2-4 years of experience in carrier integrations, benefits administration systems, or related areas.

• Experience with Employee Navigator.

• Background in Employee Benefits.

• Familiarity with Benefit Technology.

• Strong understanding of benefits administration systems and the integration of insurance carriers with SaaS platforms.

• Proficient with integration tools, APIs, and data formats such as EDI, JSON, and XML.

• Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and their integration processes.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, capable of working across functions and engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
