Senior Client Partner, Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Account Management: Cultivate strong and transparent relationships with clients, offering regular updates regarding project status, issues, and resolutions.

• Business Acumen and Financial KPIs: Leverage a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses, industry trends, and KPIs to provide strategic insights and impactful solutions.

• Budgets & Forecasting: Direct the creation of budgets and forecasts in collaboration with clients, utilizing provided data to ensure efficient use of budgets and accurate billing for media expenditures and fees.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Gain an in-depth understanding of each client's industry, challenges, and objectives to customize strategies that yield measurable results.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Tinuiti’s internal teams to positively influence client project outcomes and strategic initiatives.

• Client Communication: Serve as a primary contact for client communications, ensuring timely updates on project progress and results. Address client concerns promptly and efficiently to uphold client satisfaction.

• Client Education: Empower clients with the knowledge and confidence to discuss strategic directions and decisions, reinforcing their trust in our expertise.

• Industry Expertise: Maintain and apply extensive knowledge of market developments, emerging trends, and best practices relevant to the client’s business and the industry as a whole, enhancing client strategies and recommendations.

• Channel Expertise: Utilize a strong understanding of various digital channels (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, Display, etc.) to formulate strategic plans, clearly aligning channel recommendations with the client’s business objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Client Partner roles with a demonstrated history of executing successful campaigns.

• Proficiency in various digital platforms and their synergistic functionalities.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics.

• Familiarity with Project Management tools.

• Experience with research tools such as Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, and Commspoint.

• Proven success in analyzing data and utilizing analytics tools to inform marketing decisions.

• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across multiple clients, partner relationships, and internal initiatives.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with both external and internal teams.
