Senior Client Manager – Public Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategic oversight of designated key accounts within the Berlin / Brandenburg region

• Acquisition of new clients within the municipal sector in Lower Saxony

• Enhancing the “NTT Germany Public Sector” brand through initiatives such as client events

• Securing new framework agreements in the public sector

• Advocating our primary products in Network Integration, Security, Unified Collaboration & Data Center, particularly solutions from vendors Juniper and Fortinet, with a focus on Alcatel

• Identifying digitalization projects that align with the comprehensive portfolio of NTT DATA Inc.

• Collaborating with specialist departments to develop tailored solutions for clients and presenting them effectively

• Establishing NTT as a trusted advisor and digitalization partner for the public sector


⛳️ Requirements

• Commercial/business degree or equivalent qualification

• 2–3 years of sales experience in the public sector, preferably in areas such as networks, Unified Communications, Data Center, IT Security, or Converged Collaboration

• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven work approach

• Familiarity with public procurement regulations and tendering processes

• Proficiency in German and competent English language skills

• Willingness to travel between Lower Saxony and Berlin

• Strong skills in MS Office; experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
