• Deliver strategic, priority support for premier Clients and account teams within Circana’s Client Development Organization (CDO).
• Collaborate with Clients and CDO Account Leaders to proactively identify, structure, and address Client-related business inquiries.
• Contribute to the development of Clients’ 3 to 5-year strategic plans.
• Tackle strategic retail inquiries.
• Influence key Client stakeholders by offering: proactive insights, addressing business inquiries, providing HQ/retail support and collaboration, showcasing industry thought leadership, facilitating solution training/adoption, troubleshooting issues, and communicating with cross-functional teams to reach resolutions.
• Develop engaging Client-ready content that is easy to comprehend, digest, and offers compelling recommendations across critical data sets, including point of sale, consumer, and loyalty/frequent-shopper data.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, or category management within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or a marketing analytics organization.
• Proven ability to translate data and analysis into actionable insights, packaging the findings into Client-ready presentations with strong presentation skills.
• Capability to build rapport across functions and engage in a consultative approach with Clients when addressing key business needs and influencing their perspectives.
• Familiarity with Circana’s consumer and shopper data assets is a plus, or experience with other syndicated data solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
