• The Senior Client Executive is a forward-thinking leader tasked with enhancing strategic client relationships and driving revenue growth.
• Cultivate robust client partnerships, influence cross-functional teams, and provide precise, insight-driven forecasts.
• Oversee renewal strategies and execution to maximize revenue retention while promoting upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Deliver precise revenue forecasts through structured planning and disciplined management of opportunities.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients—translating complex requirements into actionable insights.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Over 10 years of knowledge in financial institutions
• More than 10 years of experience in enterprise account management, client leadership, or strategic partnerships within SaaS, data, or technology-driven sectors
• Proven experience managing high-value, high-complexity clients with ownership of executive-level relationships
• Ability to forecast revenue supported by disciplined pipeline management and data-driven insights
• Commercial experience demonstrating a history of successful renewals and expansions
• Skilled at influencing and collaborating with cross-functional internal stakeholders
• Capable of operating with urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel up to 40%
